Hi there 🙂 I’ve been so busy making cards, baking (112 dozen cookies and bars), and all the other Christmas stuff, that my blogging has slid! Jan’s Digital Stamps has some of the most amazing Christmas images (and any other occasion, of course), and I fell in love with the My Snowmies set as soon as I saw it! I colored this cute trio up with my Copics, then fussy cut them out.
For the background, I got out my snowflake dies, and cut a bunch out of plain white cardstock, and shimmery white cardstock, then glued them to a plain white paper. It gives a cool faux embossed look, with a bit of extra oomph with the shimmery flakes. I die cut a red frame, then popped it on the background with some foam strips, then positioned the snowmen to sit on the bottom. This is one of the few cards I’ve made that has turned out as I’d originally envisioned it, and it’s got to go to someone extra special!!
