Lovely Little Unicorn

Good morning!!! I’ve decided to take a few days off work….I had some vacation days owed to me, and it snowed here this week… I figured I’d avoid all the drivers that forget, every year, how to maneuver on the white stuff :/  I bought this adorable image from Lee Holland some time ago, and finally got around to coloring the little cutie up with my Copics.  The soft rainbow colors seemed to go so well with the sweet image.

I framed the unicorn with a scalloped die cut, then set it aside, while I assembled the rest of the card, using some coordinating papers that I got as a free gift in a magazine.  I cut the top part with a curved and scalloped die, and layered it with some pink that was cut with the same die to mat the background.  The sentiment was stamped and embossed, then cut with a banner die.  I used a pink flower from my stash, then I actually put some of the flower building dies, that I’ve purchased recently, to work, and made the yellow blossoms.  Some die cut leaves, a pearl swirl and some adhesive pearls finish this card off 🙂

I’d like to enter this in the following:
